The Australian vegetable export market has experienced a modest decline in total volumes over the last five years. Between 2020 and 2024, exports decreased by 8.4%, falling from 210,602 tonnes to 193,017 tonnes. Despite this overall downturn, South Korea has emerged as a standout market, recording significant and consistent growth.
